Elise Øverland Spring/Summer 2011 Collection is going to lengthen legs
There’s one thing for sure about Elise Øverland and it is that she knows the color of the future. Next round of the hot seasons will bring blue and yellow and will surely be spotted on your favorite fashion followers. As red was to her fall, Øverland was right in choosing these mustards and ocean shout outs. She knows how to pick and play her color palette and paired with whites, crèmes, and blacks, she was successful for her Spring/Summer 2011 collection. Silhouette wise, and as usual, she has designed some amazing mini dresses. Beware ladies that her cuts are for those out there who count calories, work out 4 days a week plus, or have a gift from the goddesses above. A few separates made their way down the catwalk but all in all, sexy legs were on the strut. Smart fine leathers, sweet laces, and satin mini ruffles defined her textile choices. Cuts were flattering with attention paid to true waist and hems with just enough walking room. Lace white bicycle trousers were the show favorite followed closely by a yellow prairie girl charmeuse dress. Hints of army girl peeked around her clean finished corners and added a hint of fun. Elise Øverland knows her buyers and they are a lot like her. Young, sexy, fun, clean, sophisticated women who know how to dress well and and walk tall in 5+ inch platforms, impressively.
