Let's just get the people out of the way whose names I will of course not credit for my work because they're all douches who won't give up my high resolution images...which means this was a waste of my time because this isn't in my book. A little message for photographers: The good ones in your clan are rare and the cooler you are with giving up images, the better your life is going to be karmic-ly.  WORD.
